The arm-shoulder and cervical region of the spine work as a unit with the core in combination with the lower extremities.
With that in mind, we implement a program to strengthen the core, improve endurance in postural muscles combined with AIS and 3-D stretching to encourage upper body joint alignment.
The final phase of recovery incorporates strengthening the relationship between upper and lower body movements.
