Often times, the cause of non-contact knee injury could be the result of poor mechanics occurring at the hip or ankle.
Consequently, we work to release tension in the surrounding tendons and muscles, as well as to strengthen and increase range of motion above and below the knee.
1. Ligament tears
2. Patella femoral pain or dislocations
3. Tendonitis or osteo-arthritis
4. Sinovitis
5. Meniscus tears
