Hip and low back pain can take on various forms and usually shows up during ADL's (activities of daily living).
You may feel achy and/or sharp pain, or you may feel stiff and have decreased mobility during these common activities:
1. Picking something up from the floor
2. Sitting at your desk for an extended period
of time
3. Getting out of bed in the morning
4. Walking for extended periods of time
5. Lifting objects above your head
1. SI joint pain
2. Disc herniation as identified by your
physician
3. Pain in the low back region
4. Scoliosis
5. Pulled muscles (hamstring, piriformis,
groin)
6. Spinal stenosis
7. Hip instability
8. Sciatica
9. Bursitis
10. Osteoarthritis
11. Degenerative disc disease
