  • Flexibility AIS

    What is Unique about AIS

Active isolated stretching (AIS) is a specialized method of stretching that works with the body's natural physiological makeup to improve circulation and increase the elasticity of muscle joints and fascia. AIS quickens the recovery process and helps prevent recurrence of injury.

  • Orthotics

What is the function of orthotics?

If your foot does not have the appropriate motion when striking the ground (overpronate or underpronate), joint pain is likely to follow. Orthotics facilitate proper sequencing of foot mechanics to help the body transfer and absorb forces more efficiently.
